Regional Dry Van Driver-Class A at Clean Harbors summary:

The Regional Class A Dry Van Driver at Clean Harbors operates tractor-trailer units on a route between Cranston, RI and Reidsville, NC, averaging 1900 miles per week. The position offers an annual salary of $80-$110K, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and includes hourly wages for on-duty non-driving time. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL with 12+ months of driving experience and HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, while prioritizing health and safety in all operations.

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Cranston, RI! This route runs from  Cranston, RI to Reidsville, NC and averages 1900 miles per week.

About the role:

• Drivers average $80-$110K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

• Class A CDL
• 12+ months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
