Key Responsibilities as a Recruiter:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost growth and retention within the company.
• Establish clear recruitment goals and objectives.
• Design and execute effective recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
• Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Organize and lead informational and orientation sessions for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Ensure a seamless application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain accurate reports to monitor and analyze recruitment progress.
• Provide backup support to the Retention Manager as required.
• Build strong relationships with the driver workforce to promote positive morale.
• Foster excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
• Handle additional management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications as a Recruiter: 

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• A positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset.
• Capability to surpass recruitment goals.
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
