Position Summary

Keystone Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA.  As the
Senior Recruiter,  you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, building out our recruiting processes, and improving employee retention and onboarding programs. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional with 5-7 years of experience in recruiting and a proven ability to establish and scale recruiting operations in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Keystone Management Headquarters, Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
Shift:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports growth objectives.

• Build Recruiting Infrastructure: Establish a scalable recruiting department, including processes, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Retention Initiatives: Partner with HR to develop and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. .

• Onboarding Excellence: Design and implement an engaging onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expertise: Demonstrated success in building recruiting strategies and developing a recruiting department from the ground up.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Mindset: A proactive, strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting strategies.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

• Valid driver’s license and driving history check.
• Reside within 30 minutes of Midtown, Atlanta, GA.
