RECRUITER

Goede Premier Recruitment (GPR) recruits in the Security, AV & Engineering industries. We are currently looking to expand our business and are looking for a full time Engineering/Construction Recruiter with 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting or a background in the engineering/construction field. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity, offering the ability for the successful candidate to take control of their professional and financial future. GPR is an established firm with a solid fiscal position. Base salary along with generous commission, incentive plans, monthly and year-end bonus programs. This is an office-based position but could be remote for the right person if based in St. Louis.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using jobs boards, social media and other recruitment tools.
• Interface with various groups to support our recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate information for market and search activity.
• Perform all on boarding activities for candidates once an offer is submitted.

Requirements

• 1-2 years verifiable recruiting experience or engineering/construction background. 
• No job hoppers-stable work background required.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills required.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
