Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience

Summary
The Recruiter will need to actively search and recruit a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Alma. Someone who will see success in this position will be able to understand a diverse range of job responsibilities. This person will be able to actively reach out and attract talented individuals to the Alma team. This position will need someone who is outgoing and personable, with the ability to pivot and remove roadblocks.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Education and Experience Required
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
· At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
· Previous experience sourcing and hiring Sales is highly preferred.
Skills Required
· Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities
· Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· ADP or LinkedIn Recruiter or Comeet experience, preferred but not required.
· Excellent organizational skills
