Weisen Gästen beim Einchecken die richtigen Zimmer zu.
Beantworten von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, online oder persönlich.
Verwalten von telefonischen und Online-Reservierungen und Veranstaltungsbuchungen.
Verarbeiten von Kundenzahlungen und überprüfen Kreditkarteninformationen.
Führen genaue Aufzeichnungen von Buchungen und Zahlungen.
Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Sehr gut organisiert.
Starke Organisations- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten.
Positive Einstellung.
