Job Description

A wonderful Critical Access Hospital an hour south of Des Moines IA is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Psych)! Seeking Fulltime permanent. Details are below:

Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Psych) Opportunity:

  • Pay Rate: $100000.00 $120000.00 / year!
  • $20000 Sign on Bonus! Relocation Assistance if needed!
  • Excellent PTO Health Insurance Plan & Retirement!
  • Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will be working under clinic hours (M F 8 5 PM.)
  • Nurse Practitioner will be working in hospital clinic.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Qualifications:

  • FNP must be fluent in Spanish.
  • FNP required for hospital clinic.
  • Call not required but is available.
  • Nurse Practitioner (FNP) must be DEA Certified with Controlled Substance for FNP.
  • Must be a medicaid provider.
