Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of overseeing and managing complex projects in a variety of industries, including Industrial, Medical, Hospital, Education, Higher Education, Schools, K-12, Warehouse, and Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Oversee project teams and ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure that project objectives are achieved, and deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed
• Manage project documentation and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a variety of industries, including Industrial, Medical, Hospital, Education, Higher Education, Schools, K-12, Warehouse, and Commercial
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
