Job Description

  • Position: Product Liability Associate Attorney
  • Location: Milwaukee Office
  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle federal and state civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and product liability defense
  • Manage all aspects of civil cases, including fact and expert discovery
  • Draft and argue procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
  • Participate in court conferences, hearings, and trials
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • 4-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation
  • Experience in personal injury and/or product liability defense preferred
  • Proficiency in handling all phases of civil litigation
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation
  • Commitment to professional growth and partnership track
