Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Henderson, NC
Pay Rate: $40/Hourly
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Department: Long-Term Care

• Perform initial evaluations to assess patients' mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs to improve mobility and overall physical function.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises to enhance motor skills and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on the proper use of mobility aids such as walkers, wheelchairs, and prosthetics.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including stretching and joint mobilization, to relieve pain and improve movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Teach body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs for continued recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment to prevent injuries.

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) License .
• AHA BLS Certification .
• 1+ years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (preferably in a long-term care setting).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
