Responsibilities: - Deliver the most effective physical therapy treatments, consistently striving for the best results.
- Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and recommend adjustments to enhance treatments as required.
- Act as a liaison between patients and referral sources, ensuring clear communication and alignment on treatment plans.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and patient notes.
- Maintain thorough records of patient treatments and consistently provide comprehensive discharge summaries.
- Comprehend and remain attentive to patients' needs, fostering a positive therapeutic experience.
- Adhere to the regulatory framework delineated in the Physical Therapy Practice Act of Pennsylvania to maintain compliance.
Qualifications: - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in PT, Master's Degree in PT, or Doctorate in PT from an APTA-accredited PT School
- Knowledgeable in providing physical therapy services in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Minimum six months of supervised experience
- State licensure
- CPR certification
- McKenzie Certification is a plus
