Position Overview: Revive RX is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage our dynamic pharmacy team in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, the Pharmacy Manager will oversee a team of 60-70 staff members, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The position offers a flexible on-site schedule from 6 AM to 8 PM, including weekends, with an attractive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including overseeing the dispensing of medications, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 60-70 staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement effective workflows, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching, mentoring, and counseling staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring medications are stocked appropriately and inventory levels are optimized.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and implement lean management practices.
- Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and operational data to drive improvements and achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy operations
Qualifications: - Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must have a current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in lean methodologies and process improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts between 6 AM to 8 PM.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
