Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Peer/Subordinate Enlisted Assessments Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral in managing and coordinating assessment data within the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS), specifically for enlisted personnel assessments. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Army's Command Assessment Programs and have hands-on experience with the AEAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment Data Management: Coordinate and manage data for various enlisted personnel assessment programs within the Army Command Assessment Programs, including BCAP (Army Command Evaluation Tool and Army Leader Assessment Tool), CCAP (ACET and ALAT), and SMAP (Peer/Subordinate Leader Assessment Tool).
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and modify AEAS progress reports in alignment with guidance from the AEAS Telethon Team Lead, ensuring that the data corresponds accurately with associated candidates.
  • Template Management: Consolidate, build, and submit required templates for up to five separate AEAS events, including adding, changing, and deleting participant templates while ensuring data accuracy and eliminating errors.
  • Data Tracking: Monitor the progress of returnee data, providing daily updates on Certified and Alternate candidates to ensure timely completion of assessments.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the AEAS Help Desk to resolve data entry errors, system log-on issues, and other assessment-related problems.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily statistics and updates to the AEAS Telethon Team Lead to support briefings to the Commander Assessment Program Director.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for data transactions and issues between telethon teams, AEAS Telethon Team Lead, and AEAS contractors.
  • Support Briefing Preparations: Assist with the preparation and delivery of briefing products when the CAP AEAS Lead is unavailable.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience with the Army’s Command Assessment Programs, including knowledge of assessment design, scoring, event sequencing, and integration of assessment results into the overall Command Assessment Program (CAP).
  • AEAS Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience working with the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS) is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with conducting assessments in Blackboard and managing assessment data in a digital environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage and verify data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all submissions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly report data and updates to team leads and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively resolve data and system-related issues in collaboration with the AEAS Help Desk.
