The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess. * Oversee ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts. * Work closely with service and sales departments to meet internal and external customer needs. * Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability. * Train and lead a team of parts department employees. * Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. * Ensure department compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
