Join our dynamic team as we expand and seek experienced compliance professionals to join us as Compliance Consultants! We're looking for both part-time and full-time consultants to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

About the Role:
As a Compliance Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients in the securities industry adhere to regulatory requirements. You'll have the flexibility to work independently while still being supported by our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Serve as the primary point of contact and lead manager for client interactions.
Provide initial consultations to understand client needs and assess our ability to meet them.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized compliance programs.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and communicate guidance to clients.
Conduct regular meetings and correspondence with clients to provide guidance and support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
Qualifications:

Minimum of three to six years of experience in compliance within the securities industry.
Bachelor's, Master's, or J.D. degree in relevant fields such as business, accounting, or law.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as the Securities Act of 1940 and Dodd-Frank.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing superior service.

Salary: $ 84,000.00 Per Year
