Corporate Hiring Solutions (Cohires) is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Parking Attendants for a seasonal parking program in Saratoga Springs. Parking Attendants will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of City-owned garages and surface lots by providing parking services twenty-four hours per day throughout the duration of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor activity within all parking garages and surface lots to ensure compliance with parking regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist the public with parking-related questions or concerns, providing courteous and helpful customer service at all times.
• Check pay stations regularly to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues as required, including resolving payment discrepancies and assisting patrons with payment methods.
• Conduct regular patrols of parking facilities to identify and address any safety hazards, unauthorized vehicles, or suspicious activity.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies governing parking operations and security procedures, including enforcing parking rules and regulations as necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or security-related roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
