About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and expanding our offerings in columbarium and bronze accessories, mausoleum construction . This role involves prospecting, cold-calling, and traveling to client sites (40-50% travel) to understand development projects and deliver compelling sales pitches. The ideal candidate is self-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored product solutions.
  • Effectively demonstrate product lines, focusing on columbarium and bronze accessories.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain and report customer information.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the professional network and promote offerings.
  • Refer mausoleum project leads to the relevant regional construction teams.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in outside sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Adaptable sales approach to cater to different audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (40-50%) for client meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with the funeral industry or product knowledge is a strong asset.
