Your New Role

As our Office Administrator in Copley, OH , you will be the backbone of our operations. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound customer follow-ups.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set and availability.
  • Update and maintain customer memberships and payment records.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and scheduling systems.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan software for job management and scheduling.
  • Assist with updating price books and coordinating technician assignments.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Experience: Less than 1 year required (Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry experience is a plus!)
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with ServiceTitan and Canva preferred
  • Abilities:
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background Check & Drug Test Required
