The Hospitality Worker I is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
COMPENSATION: The hourly compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $20.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Book reservations and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

• Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
