As a Diversity & Inclusion Student Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with students, staff, faculty and community members in creating and maintaining an atmosphere that promotes respectful dialogue around topics such as diversity, inclusion, social justice, and equity, with some intersections with prevention (alcohol/drug misuse, suicide, and power-based violence) and wellness.
Center for Student Engagement Mission:
Develop the whole student by creating connections to UAF and the surrounding communities through a variety of programs, services & opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must be enrolled as a UAF student taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.

This position is located on the University of Alaska campus in Fairbanks.
This is a Student Assistant 2 Position, minimum starting pay is $14.96 per hour.
This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
