Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Metro by T-Mobile locations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales performance by developing and executing actionable plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store management and staff to ensure high levels of productivity and employee engagement.
• Analyze business metrics and sales reports to identify trends and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained across all locations.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that emphasizes exceptional service and community engagement.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and support staff development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance and implement strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple store locations as needed to support operations and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the capability to interpret reports and manage budgets.
