The Opportunity
As a Designer, your role involves developing innovative design solutions that effectively meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and execute designs across a broad range of media and platforms, all while mentoring junior designers in the team.
What You'll Be Doing
Create and implement innovative design solutions across all channels, media, and platforms.
Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers in the team, driving high-quality output.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Media Teams to ensure the delivery of excellent creative work.
Continuously refine our processes by examining workflow, inputs, and outputs to enhance efficiency.
Utilize design software to execute creative projects while adhering to brand guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or similar dynamic environment.
Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of design principles and practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively collaborate within a team.
A robust portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Commitment to staying updated with design trends and industry practices.
