About the Role:

We are looking for a   Product Data Analyst   to take ownership of managing and optimizing our product data to drive better decision-making and enhance the customer experience. In this role, you’ll ensure that product data across our platforms is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable. This is a critical position focused on organizing, analyzing, and improving data workflows to support merchandising, marketing, and procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Data Management:   Oversee the accuracy and completeness of product data, including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications, across our e-commerce platform.
  
• Data Analysis:   Analyze product performance metrics, such as sales, margins, and inventory, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  
• Merchandising Support:   Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop data-driven promotional plans and maintain a robust product catalog.
  
• Tool Optimization:   Identify and implement tools or software solutions to streamline product data management and reporting workflows.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:   Partner with marketing and procurement teams to ensure accurate product data is available for campaigns, new product launches, and vendor collaborations.
  
• Insights and Reporting:   Generate regular reports on product performance, providing actionable insights to improve assortment, pricing, and placement.
  
• UX/UI Contribution:   Work with the product and development teams to optimize website taxonomy, navigation, and search functions using product data insights.
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in product data management, e-commerce, or a related field.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related discipline.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  
• Familiarity with analytics tools
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
