Job Description

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Receptionist to fill an opening in Pinellas Park , Florida .
Pay Details: $ 17 to $ 19 per hour
Shift Details: Shifts vary from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Daily Responsibilities for Medical Receptionist :
Serve patients by scheduling visits, maintaining EMR records, accounts and greeting them for their appointments
Keep patient appointments on schedule by validating eligibility, initiating and following up on prior authorizations, and notifying appropriate staff of patient arrival
Comfort patients by anticipating their needs, answering their questions, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and maintaining inventory of basic supplies
Required Qualifications for Medical Receptionist:
HS Diploma/GED
1+ years of experience in a Medical Front desk setting
Experience handling phones, check in/out, insurance verification, and interacting with patients
Preferred Requirements for Medical Receptionist:
Vision experience
Bilinugal English/Spanish
