Job Description

Position Overview: The Manufacturer Representative for Window Installation will be responsible for promoting and selling our window products to contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction and renovation industry. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns that arise.
* Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our window products, including their features, benefits, and installation requirements. Offer expert advice and product demonstrations to clients.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications, installation processes, and performance. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any complex issues.
* Training and Education: Conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about our window solutions.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with window installation products is highly preferred.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of window products, installation techniques, and industry standards. Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.
* Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
