The Role: Litigation Counsel | San Francisco, CA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Counsel to join the firms high-profile litigation team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful litigation cases, collaborating with a talented team of litigators to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.

In This Position, You Will:

• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare motions.
• Manage document production and handle all aspects of discovery.
• Participate in trial preparation, including depositions and strategy sessions.
• Contribute to client development initiatives such as articles, speaking engagements, and client outreach.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide innovative legal solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• 2+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the California Bar.
