Position :  CRM Implementation Analyst (Salesforce and Hubspot)

Working Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (CST)

Salary Range : $1800-$2000 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales and Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our Hubspot CRM system. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that support our business objectives. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing actionable insights to our leadership team, helping us to make data-driven decisions and achieve our revenue goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance sales operations and is driven by a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-paced company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and manage our Hubspot CRM system to ensure optimal performance, including customization of fields, dashboard creation, report generation, and automation of processes.
  • Administer and manage our Default.com sales routing and qualification system to ensure high conversions and data hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and implement process improvements within Hubspot that support business strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM by implementing best practices for data entry, data cleansing, and duplicate record management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Hubspot processes, workflows, and guides for internal users.
  • Train new and existing users on how to effectively use Hubspot features and best practices.
  • Analyze sales trends, pipeline management, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage third-party integrations with Hubspot and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role with a strong focus on Hubspot administration and management.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Hubspot integrations and familiarity with APIs.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical Thinking and problem solving to remove roadblocks and process breaks.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Experience with Hubspot APIs, Outreach, ActiveCampaign, is required.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
