Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications.
Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level developers.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high code quality.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Contribute to architectural decisions, design patterns, and technology choices.
Document code, processes, and solutions clearly and comprehensively.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust unit and integration testing.
