Integrated Marketing Strategist Location Remote :
POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a talented and passionate Integrated Marketing Strategist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that drive and increase student enrollment in higher education schools. You will collaborate closely with department representatives to build campaigns that engage and connect with prospective students, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our partner institutions. The Integrated Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in the success of our marketing campaigns. As a strategic thinker, you will be the driving force behind innovative ideas and campaign concepts, and your expertise will be heavily relied upon by our team members and partners. Your ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and ensure all parties are working towards a common goal will be vital in ensuring smooth and successful campaigns. You are an innovator at the cross road of change. Your ability to articulate the need and importance of change to those who may think differently will be tied to your ability to achieve the highest level of success from the role. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive student enrollment, utilizing platforms such as social media, email, digital communities, and influencer marketing.
- Develop strategies that takes into account the student journey and the intricate steps leading up to decision-making points. Continuously identify ways to improve this journey.
- Present campaign ideas and progress updates to clients and team members, effectively communicating the rationale behind your strategies
- Create and improve systems, processes, and templates to streamline campaign execution and support team members in their daily tasks
- Manage and collaborate with multiple school partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with their goals and objectives
- Plan and coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring clear start and end points
- Train and mentor other team members, creating tutorials and resources to support their growth and development
- Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions for future strategies and optimizations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge & Skills Requirements - Experience developing strategies for cost-efficient, high quality lead generation
- Experience utilizing Marketing Automation systems for email communications, paid and unpaid channels to reach qualified candidates/leads.
- Utilizing Salesforce/CRM solutions to track, measure and report performance
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to tell stories with available data
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with great interpersonal skills to forge essential relationships
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Excellent product marketing skills including the ability to create marketing plans, develop product positioning, provide business, and competitive analysis
- Experience working with and directing creative strategy in the areas of interactive media, direct marketing, websites and print/collateral
- Ability to travel to client locations, tradeshows or training events
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in partnering with Sales teams in the prospecting and sales cycles
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience Requirements - Minimum 4-6 years relevant work experience in service marketing, educational marketing/sales, software marketing or brand/product marketing management
- 2-5 years' experience working in higher education, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications; MBA preferred
- Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
