What You Need:
A knack for turning tech gibberish into understandable English (or at least close enough).
The patience of a saint (or at least someone be able to explain “turn it off and then back on again” a million times).
Macgyver with cables, routers, hand tools, and gadgets. If you can make a toaster work like Alexa, you’re in.
An uncanny ability to stay calm when things go haywire. Just chillin’!
