Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with BizzLinkText.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide product and service information to clients, answering questions and resolving concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the company database.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Assist clients in setting up and optimizing their text messaging services.
Achieve individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
