Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration units.
Knowledge of State and County HVAC Codes necessary for License and Inspection.
Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Two (2) years experience in HVAC and refrigeration operations.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
