Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Manager/Nanny. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a private family. This includes managing housekeeping, event planning, childcare, property management, and administrative tasks. If you have experience in housekeeping management, event planning, and possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of housekeeping and residential cleaning

- Coordinate and plan events hosted at the residence

- Oversee property management tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination

- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure they are well-stocked

- Coordinate laundry services for the family

- Assist with childcare duties as needed (including but not limited to: feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities)

- Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence, running family errands, grocery shopping, meal planning

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development, schedules, and any relevant concerns

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, nanny or a similar role is required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained

- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence

- Familiarity with property management tasks is a plus

- Flexibiity and good attitude required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
