House Manager (Live-In):

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a large private residence in the beautiful Silverleaf Community in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will live on the property. They will be responsible for managing household staff, maintenance, housekeeping, organizing events, handling administrative tasks, & ensuring the overall well-being of the household.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized living space.
• Managing vendors that are onsite such as pool technicians, landscapers, plumbers, caterers, bartenders, etc.
• Maintain an organized household by ordering supplies & making sure the house is fully stocked.
• Personal shopping such as grocery shopping & re-stocking favorite foods or beverages.
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests and family members.
• Plan and execute various events, including parties and gatherings.
• Pick up dry cleaning as needed & oversee laundry tasks.
• Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, coordinating deliveries, receiving packages, & sorting mail.
• Deliver automobiles to maintenance shops for routine service & document services performed.
• Perform routine checks of the entire property, looking for leaks, pests, or damage.
• Transport family members to & from various locations. Ex: airport.

Skills:

• Experience in household, hotel, or project management is a plus.
• Experience contracting & supervising vendors is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in event planning.
• Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to be proactive & learn the preferences of the family.
• Proficient in various administrative tasks such as scheduling, sorting, & filing.

Requirements:

• Driver’s license.
