Job Description

We are launching an innovative and modern hotel brand and need a strong Regional Director of Sales for our NE Virginia / I-95 corridor.

Are you ready to join a new exciting growing hotel concept? We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to support our growth in the Virginia Market. The Regional Director of Sales will lead our strategic business objectives for sales volume, revenue generation, and account penetration within our growth markets. A key function of this position is to capture market intelligence, and trends and highlight opportunities for our existing location. Our Regional Director of Sales will partner with the General Manager(s) to develop sales and marketing plans and assist with creating and closing sales leads. This position will report directly to the VP of Operations and Ownership.

Regional Director of Sales Job Qualifications:

  • Sales experience within Corporate Sales, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, and Medical
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Extensive knowledge of the extended stay sector hotels, its services, and its facilities
  • Ability to travel - This is not an office or remote role.
  • Hospitality experience is required
  • 3+ years of Extended stay sales experience preferred

Regional Director of Sales Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary up to $55,000 PLUS COMMISSION AND BONUS!!! Unlimited potential here and is driven by you - total package can exceed 90K!!!
