As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will be an integral component of this highly accredited facility that prides itself in providing state of the art and innovative patient care. The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, which entails but is not limited to implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, evaluating staff performance, managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications, serve as an educational resource for pharmacy staff, and collaborating with the pharmacy director on unit goals and initiatives.
The Manager Pharmacy Services will be fully supported by an experienced pharmacy team and will report directly to the Inpatient Pharmacy Director to collaborate with them on unit goals and initiatives. The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will have prior clinical pharmacy experience, and individuals with prior management experience will earn quick interviews.
