Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for use of track loaders, backhoes, graders, skid loaders and other maintenance vehicles.
Responsible for assisting all other trades as needed.
Responsible for snow removal.
Responsible to observe and enforce all safety guidelines.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) years experience operating Heavy Equipment.
Valid driver’s license required, CDL Class "B" license required.
Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in extremes of weather and remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
