Who We're Looking For

We're seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Green Cleaning Technicians. If you're passionate about making a difference in the environment while providing exceptional service, we want you on board!

Job Type

Temporary: As needed

Part-time: 20+ hours/week

Full-time: 30+ hours/week

We offer

Competitive wages

We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased to $17.00+ within 1-3 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.

Paid Travel

Weekly pay with direct deposit

Access to Maidorganic company cars for fieldwork

Job Qualifications

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

Non-smoking environment (including vaping)

All positions, Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm

Only 3 weekends required per year

Ability to perform physical work typical of janitorial operations

Successful completion of a criminal background check

Job Responsibilities

Dusting furniture

Vacuuming floors and carpets

Removing cobwebs

Emptying waste baskets and sanitizing receptacles

Washing and sanitizing flooring

Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces

Wiping down kitchen cabinets and appliances

Washing walls, doors, and door frames

Disinfecting countertops, backsplashes, and sinks

Cleaning bathtubs, toilets, showers, and bathroom surfaces

Dusting light fixtures, bulbs, and fans

Vacuuming furniture

Washing windows, including tracks and sills (exteriors included if windows tilt-in)
