Job Opportunity: Lead Foreman in Glass and Glazing Industry
A glass and glazing contractor providing top-tier glazing solutions for commercial projects is seeking a skilled Foreman for high-rise buildings to retail spaces and corporate complexes, we specialize in delivering innovative, durable, and aesthetically pleasing glazing installations that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Foreman Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the installation and repair of glass, windows, and related products at job sites.
* Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
* Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
* Oversee inventory, equipment, and tools necessary for project execution.
* Lead Foreman Duties:
* Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on-site.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
As a successful candidate for the Lead Foreman position, you should possess:
* Proven experience in the glass and glazing industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of glass installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* A commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
