Job Description

A prominent commercial glass and glazing company is searching for a qualified Junior P roject Manager to join their team. This company excels in a vast array of commercial glass and glazing projects with a solid background in the industry. Jr. PM Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning and execution of glazing projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage schedules.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
* Support senior project managers in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Jr. PM Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the glazing or construction industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Preferred proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
