Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers on board.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist passengers with any inquiries or needs during the flight.
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members for seamless operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluency in at least one language (native or conversational) apart from English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods.
• Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
