Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with C-Suite and Management Team to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts and KPIs to track performance and guide planning
• Support month-end close, budgeting processes and variance analysis
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, scenario planning and business modeling
• Assist with key projects, including ERP system implementation and audit support

Finance Manager Requirements:

• Strong experience in finance organization for a growing AdTech or media company

• 5+ years of consulting experience or with Finance, FP&A and quantitative analysis

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. CPA or equivalent preferred
