Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and execute creative, high-quality dishes inspired by Asian flavors.
• Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety.
• Manage food inventory and control costs while minimizing waste.
• Adapt and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of kitchen team members.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with an Asian cuisine focus.
2. Strong creative skills in menu development and a passion for culinary innovation.
3. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage and inspire the kitchen team.
4. Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
