We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our team in planning and executing a wide range of events. From corporate gatherings to large-scale exhibitions, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every event is seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all event logistics, including vendor communications, timelines, and on-site support.
• Manage event-related materials such as guest lists, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative event concepts and designs.
• Conduct venue research, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor event progress, address challenges, and implement solutions in real-time.
• Post-event, assist with evaluations and prepare reports to refine future processes.
