Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Support logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Set up event spaces and manage on-site operations during events.
• Handle attendee registration, inquiries, and feedback.
• Maintain event budgets and assist with tracking expenses.
• Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to increase event visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or Team Lead.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
