We are is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in the execution of various campaigns and initiatives. Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Create, proofread, and edit content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Help manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or in progress).
• Strong interest in marketing and digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
