Position Overview: We're seeking enthusiastic and driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Oklahoma City metro area. In this role, you will engage with homeowners in your area, educating them about the benefits of solar energy and helping them find the right solutions for their energy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to generate leads and educate homeowners about solar energy.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
