About the Role
Customer success is a vital and strategic function, aimed at reducing risk, increasing adoption of products and services, and fostering long-term relationships. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll be the trusted partner for assigned customers, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they have a seamless and rewarding experience.
By understanding customer objectives, you'll align expectations, offer additional services, resolve pain points, and help develop a roadmap for long-term collaboration. You'll work across a diverse product portfolio, from operating systems to open-source infrastructure and applications, ensuring that every customer gets the attention and support they need.
This role is fully remote and based in the APAC region.
What You'll Do
Onboard and support new customers, introducing them to products and guiding them through support processes.
Work with a diverse range of products, including cloud computing, security, networking, and open-source technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to develop and execute engagement plans tailored to customer goals.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, identifying opportunities for growth while mitigating renewal risks.
Facilitate weekly customer and business review processes, addressing blockers and working with engineering teams to drive solutions.
Act as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps, documentation, and internal processes to improve the overall customer experience.
Support customers through reactive ticket requests and proactive digital engagement campaigns.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and excited to help organizations succeed with innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in IT-related roles, with exposure to areas such as Linux OS, cloud computing, data applications, storage, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to guide discussions on complex technologies.
Experience improving internal processes while ensuring timely delivery of customer projects.
A team-oriented mindset, comfortable working across different departments and levels of an organization.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other CRM tools.
Fluency in multiple languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian (in addition to English).
