Energetic Housekeeper/Nanny Needed in Scarsdale, NY

Title: Housekeeper/Nanny

Location: Scarsdale, NY

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM (flexibility with hours for the right candidate)

Compensation: $30+ per hour (Depending on experience)

Benefits: 2 weeks paid time off, 5 sick days, and paid major holidays

Start Date: ASAP

A friendly and lively family in Scarsdale, NY, is seeking an experienced and energetic Housekeeper/Nanny to support their growing household. With a 3-year-old daughter, a small dog, and a second baby on the way (due in June), the family is looking for someone to help with full housekeeping and light childcare responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Full Housekeeping: Perform deep cleaning, organizing, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining full cleanliness throughout their 5,000 sq. ft. home.
• Laundry: Manage all family laundry duties, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing.
• Childcare Support: Spend 1-2 hours daily with their 3-year-old daughter, engaging in fun, creative, and screen-free activities.
• Household Assistance: Provide general support to the family, allowing them time to handle errands and prepare for their new baby.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping and childcare is essential. This position is full housekeeping – there is not another housekeeper for the home. 
• Personality: Must be energetic, positive, and fun-loving. The family enjoys music and a lively atmosphere.
• Commitment to Low Screen Time: Be supportive of a screen-free or limited screen time approach for their daughter.
• Pet Friendly: Comfortable around small dogs.
• Licensed Driver: Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. 
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire.
