Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embryologist to join our global network of ondemand fertility professionals. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to perform cuttingedge laboratory work both remotely (where applicable) and onsite at partner fertility clinics. As part of our team you will collaborate with worldclass fertility specialists to contribute to exceptional patient outcomes and advancements in reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embryology Procedures: Perform a range of embryology techniques including egg retrieval processing fertilization embryo culture and cryopreservation ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.
• Andrology Services: Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as semen analysis preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and sperm freezing.
• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control and compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards.
• Remote Consultation: Provide teleconsultation services for clinics or patients offering expert advice on embryologyrelated questions and best practices.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure documentation of all procedures results and patient information using electronic medical record systems.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in reproductive technologies and share insights with the clinical team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Embryologist with expertise in embryology and andrology techniques.
• Indepth knowledge of fertility treatment protocols and laboratory procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to partner clinics for onsite support as needed.
